A TASTE OF SPRING
Dear producers and studios,
Spring has officially sprung, and with it comes a fresh new season of flavours from Salsa Rose. Our chefs have been busy curating an excellent new selection of shoot menus that we’re excited to share with you. We work with our trusted producers to craft menus which celebrate the very best of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and deliver restaurant-quality food straight to your set or studio.
As always, we offer a range of hot or cold dishes, individually portioned or to share. Here’s a sneak peek of what to expect from us this season:
Delicious spring pea, potato and Lincolnshire Poacher frittata, using fresh veg from Shrub and cheese from Neal’s Yard Dairy.
Flock & Herd ex-dairy beef short ribs and saffron risotto with spring greens and spicy house salsa.
Homemade focaccia sandwiches with bread made by our wonderful chef Eva, who has recently completed a stage at Dusty Knuckle Bakery.
We also offer a range of colourful, freshly squeezed fruit juices and smoothies to keep your team fuelled all day long.
If you know us, you’ll know that we’re always looking for innovative ways to reduce waste. This is why we’re proud to announce our partnership with Klean Kanteen, B-Corp pioneers in the world of sustainable packaging. This season, we'll start using our sleek stainless steel boxes, a zero-waste alternative to disposable packaging, by default wherever possible.
This service is offered at no additional cost - we simply ask that all packaging is returned to our couriers at the end of the day (please note that any unreturned boxes may incur a deposit charge). Availability will depend on shoot size and logistics, but we can’t wait to step into spring with a more eco-conscious approach. If you’d prefer not to receive your shoot catering in this format, please let us know when placing your order.
