After nine years of steering the ship, I believe it's the right time to take a step back and reflect on how I want to spend the next decade of my professional life. Additionally, Teach For Nigeria is no longer a startup enterprise, and the next phase of growth will require a different set of skills and fresh perspective to propel our vision.
As a leader, it’s crucial to recognize when to step back, especially in endeavors aimed at fostering a fairer and more equitable society. My goal over the next two months is to navigate this transition gracefully.
