I could give 5 stars, but they were under construction and have a lot of dust. 
Then the service wasn't the Best, but wasn't that bad. 

Good place for family!

Yes the place is undergoing renovations! But, having said that, the location, pools, food, service etc. make up for all of tge construction. We would go again definitely! Thank you

Great Place

This is a great resort, unfortunately they have a huge renovation going on.  Even with the limited facility, the value is still great for a peaceful day with all inclusive food, beverage, pool and sun.

Alrhough they are undergoing renovations, this is an amazing resort! All inclusive food & drinks! Worth every penny! The pools are amazing & the beach area is really nice! Super friendly staff! I cant wait to come back!

Best resort ever!

The staff was accommodating. There is free parking, luggage storage annd the check in was easy. The and pool area was very nice.  The property is being renovated, so there was quite a bit of construction and half finished buildings.  The food was good. We had lunch and decided to stay for the buffet dinner.  Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are included in the package. No lockers or showers available because the Spa was being renovated.  The infinity pool was a very nice spot.  I wished there was more shade, but it was a beautiful day.   Like at all Club Med resorts, they have kids activities and paddle-boards and kayaks included in the package,.  There was a 5 pm yoga/stretching class poolside.  I would recommend Sandpiper for a relaxing afternoon.  

Lovely River Views

I booked for day passes for a resort today and this place is a complete dump. I have used this application many times before and had great experiences but this location should not be open. The place is completely dilapidated and the staff is rude to top it off. The fool was undercooked and not edible. Complete waste of time and money. You're better off staying home. 

It should remain closed

Me and my kids had an amazing time in the hotel. Kids enjoyed pool, beach, kayaking and paddle boarding. The food for lunch and dinner had many choices for everybody and was delicious. All the personal was nice and we can give 100 stars for that hotel . We will definitely  come back again soon . 

Great daycation

Overall the check and bar staff were lovely. There were no umbrellas at the pool and very limited amenities. All of the buildings surrounding the main pool were gutted and open to the elements. The website says there will be some limited amenities, and in my opinion is a gross understatement. The food options were so limited that there was a staff member guarding the chicken tenders and french fries stating they were only for children. If the other food options were marginally more appealing, I suspect there would have been fewer adults going for pub food.

Construction Notices are Underrepresenting

We visited when it was Club Med. The resort was full of people and we had so much fun. They warned online and its true they are in transition. I would wait to visit until the resort has been fully updated. While the service was great and we enjoyed the pool, the food options were limited and things didnt open on time like the food truck. The bartenders are the stars here. So if youre going to drink your butt off, then this is the place for you but be warned the food experience wasnt great and there were limited options for activities. All the staff was wonderful and kind. We look forward to visiting again when everything is completed!
