Our hero product, bback, is currently one of the fastest growing CPG brands in SEA and is loved by bankers, traders, influencers and bartenders with a high efficacy rate against hangover post drinking. Our personal care brand Stryv, is loved by hundreds of thousands of consumers across the region.


We’re big advocates of direct-to-consumer brands, and believe in the new world (Post-COVID), consumers buy directly from global brands through digital native storefront, bypassing distributors, wholesalers and retailers. This means commerce and information are more efficient, and the implication to the end customer is that product quality goes up and cost of goods are reduced drastically. We want to be the catalyst for this paradigm shift within the health and beauty industry.


We’re looking for a highly motivated Growth/Performance Marketing Manager to join our expanding Evo Commerce team based in Singapore.


Job Description:


Growth Strategy

  1. Work with the Head of Marketing to grow the brands and drive regional revenue growth (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong) and customer acquisition.
  2. Develop, plan and execute growth initiatives and comprehensive marketing strategies with deep understanding of business KPIs.
  3. Enhance our data pipeline and establish best practices for team-wide data analysis and reporting, creating a unified weekly dashboard to track key marketing metrics.
  4. Lead a team of 2-3 to manage growth marketing & marketplace business.


Media Buying

  1. Monitor and report on regular and key performance metrics, and use insights to make data-driven decisions to support the marketing plan.
  2. Provide campaign performance analysis and recommendations for regional teams to optimize for the best ROAS and identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Plan & execute all digital channels, SEO/SEM, Google ads, marketplace ads, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.


Business Analysis & Marketing Tools

  1. Identify new technology, channels and tools, and implement hyper AB test to improve the marketing efficiency and provide with business insights
  2. Manage a marketing technology stack of sales & marketing automation tools to track and maximize funnel conversions as well as reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  3. Constantly be abreast of and review the digital & social landscape to sharpen the marketing strategies and plans in place


Marketplace Management

  1. Oversee and manage accounts on various marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, HKTVmall, Amazon, etc
  2. Plan & execute product launches, marketing campaigns and optimise product listings on all existing marketplace channels
  3. Develop and execute the marketplace performance ad strategies.


Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Growth Marketing responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, preferably in a reputable retail / eCommerce / beauty / electronic appliances business
  • Strong knowledge of a wide variety of growth strategies, analytics, and digital marketing tools
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
  • Experience in Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, HKTVmall etc.) and brand.com (Shopify)
  • Experience in Using Google Ad, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, etc
  • Data-driven approach
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Self-starter, outgoing, and able to work independently under pressure and tight timelines.
