Notices *
1) Should there be changes in the schedule, students shall be duly advised by the Workshop Administration. 2) Applicants below 18 will be required to have their application forms countersigned by their parent/guardian on the form. 3) This workshop application is transferable 5 days before the start of enrolled class. 4) The reservation fee of P 1,000 is non-refundable. 5) Dropped classes after a quarter of the total duration of workshop are non-refundable. 6) A student will be given 1 day/meeting extension to pay overdue account. Failure to do so will bar a student to continue the training. Barred student can continue attending the class after paying the overdue account. 7) Student should settle at least 50% of the total fee during 1st day of class, failing to do so shall not be allowed to attend the class. 8) Freezing of registration is only up to 3 months. 9) To claim a certificate of completion, participants need to attend at least 75% of the workshop duration.
