The ultra-smooth stain-resistant surface is easy to clean and maintain. Designed to maximize usable workspace, Dex sinks give you even more room for washing dishes and produce. Sweeping rounded corners and a gently sloped sink bottom allow for complete drainage and help prevent messy build-up for easy cleaning. Super-silencer NoiseDefend pads with an innovative foil layer cover all sides of the sink, reducing the tinny sound of running water while the sink is in use. Undermount installation creates a seamless transition from countertop to sink for easy cleaning, helping keep debris from getting stuck when you’re wiping down the counters. The sink comes with a protective stainless steel bottom grid and VersiDrain assembly that traps food debris and conceals drain fittings. This is a very good design. I like the double sink some people do not. The sink is designed to drain the the back, and is formed to take the water to the drain. Comes with baskets for the drain that are pop up and easy to use. Also includes the drain covers for both sides. Easy to clean and the color is not a chrome, but is a light grey. I would recommend this sink.

Been using this sink for about 6 months. I still looks like new. No scratches and easy to keep clean. The sink comes with a rack to place in the bottom which works great. I wasn't sure about the rack at first but it's now in regular use. The rack has rubber/silicone bumpers to hold it above the sink bottom and prevent scratching. It's a great setup. I looked at a lot of sinks and even returned one before getting this sink. It feels more sturdy than sinks boasting similar gauge steel and is well insulated for noise. It's really an outstanding product and looks great in our new kitchen.

I have other Kraus sinks and had high hopes for this one. As you know, once an undermount sink is installed, there's no turning back! I think it's a jip that it doesn't come with the protective grate. So I had to order that separately. (Made the cost go up significantly) Now it is a beautiful sink, but the design makes it so that it's impossible to rinse the sink clean without removing the grate. This is a major pain. I though (wrongly) that the DEX line was somehow treated so it would be spot-free. Nope. Also, I used a non-scratch scrubber on the sink and it didn't really "scratch" per se, but now there's an area that's a bit shinier than the rest. Bad scrubber or bad stainless steel? Not sure. Anyway, it's functional but not the most practical sink I own. I like to have a clean sink - maybe if all those little bits of food in the sink don't bother you (Like they don't bother my husband) I guess this is the sink for you.

I'm in love with this big, roomy sink! I was having new granite installed in my kitchen, and decided to replace my Kohler heavy ceramic double sink. Having this big sink makes life so much easier when cleaning big pans and baking trays. I wash it every day with a soft dishwashing brush with dishwashing liquid. Looks like brand new every time!! The design of this sink is well thought out with rounded corners for easy cleaning. I had limited space for a sink and this fit the bill beautifully. The included grate minimizes scratches and also makes the sink a little less deep which is a plus. It does need to be removed to properly clean the sink but I can work with that. Sink is newly installed. If any issues arise I will update this review in the future.
