Description

Center signs with objectives are a great way to show your parents, teachers, and students what they will be learning as they play within each area of your classroom.

Learning centers should foster physical. spiritual, emotional, social, and academic growth. Therefore, each sign includes objectives for all the areas of the whole-child approach. Each sign features a colorful image with Little Pot. Little Pot is a character that discovers its purpose is to grow fruit for the potter. The steps it takes to grow strawberries mirror the steps each child needs to grow the fruit of the spirit. These steps are further explained here.

The individual steps are further grouped into areas of growth.

Growing Physically -Knowing that the potter created you to be uniquely you. You are special just the way you are.
Growing Spiritually -Planting God’s Word (the seed) in a humble heart (Humus soil)
Growing Socially -Stemming Integrity (the straight & upright stem without cracks)and leafing healthy relationships that feed us with the light of Christ (photosynthesis)
Growing Academically -Blooming knowledge activates new growth and produces new ideas. (pollination)
Producing Fruit -The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control.

Each sign is designed to be printed on a legal-size (11X17 in) paper.
