This event is free of charge but we need you to pre-register so we can place you in the appropriate break-out room. Indicate your choices for each of the three time slots. Attend sessions in as many time slots as you like. And come back for our workshops on 8/4 and 8/7. There will be different topics for those sessions!

7/11 update! Due to overwhelming response, some sessions are now closed. If you registered for one of these closed sessions, and you are above the cap, you will be placed in your second choice. All registrants for these closed sessions from this point on will also be moved to the second choice.

7/15 update! We have a new session added at the end of the day. Everyone who registers or who has registered will receive an email reminder.

We will try get all facilitators to record their sessions. You can help by reminding them.

We all have questions about online instruction. Some of us are at institutions that have made the call to go online in the fall, some institutions are planning to welcome students back to campus but need faculty to be prepared to switch to online and some are asking faculty to prepare for everything (hybrid, blended, etc.) What are your broader questions about running a class online? Post them here and we will talk about them during this session. We will organize your questions beforehand and try to cover them in a systematic fashion. I hope some of you with experience in an online environment will join us to share what works and what doesn't work.
