Q: What items do you fix? A: We offer repair services for items that can be easily carried, such as electronics, furniture, and clothing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Q: Is there a limit to the number of items I can bring? A: There are no strict limits, but we may need to prioritize based on available time and resources.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Q: Are there any items that cannot be repaired? A: Yes, certain items like large appliances, hazardous materials, and real jewelry (made using gold, silver, etc). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Q: Can I get help with troubleshooting my items before repairs? A: Yes, we often have volunteers available to help troubleshoot issues before proceeding with repairs.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Q: Do I need to bring any parts for the repairs? A: If your item requires specific replacement parts, it’s helpful to bring them with you. While we may have some basic supplies on hand, having the necessary parts ensures we can complete the repair. Additionally, if you’re bringing items like a mobile phone or laptop, please remember to bring the charging cable as well.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Q: How long does a typical repair take? A: Repair times vary depending on the complexity of the issue. Most repairs take between 30 minutes to an hour, but some may require more time. We aim to help as many people as possible within the event’s time frame.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Q: Can you repair items on the spot, or will I need to leave them with you? A: All repairs are done on-site during the event. We do not offer drop-ogg services or take items home.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Q: Is there a guarantee that my item will be repaired successfully? A: While our volunteers will do their best to fix your items, we cannot guarantee that all items can be repaired successfully. We aim to provide guidance and make necessary recommendations if a repair isn’t feasible.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Q: Can I bring my broken time even if I don’t know what’s wrong with it?
