URGENT UPDATE: As fighting intensifies in Ukraine daily, the destruction of Kakhovka Dam leaves thousands more, including pregnant women, in danger.

The destruction of Kakhovka Dam will impact the lives of thousands in Ukraine. The risk of flooding in the nearby areas can force further displacement, putting the lives of pregnant women, new mothers, and newborns in danger.

We have been working in Ukraine for decades, expanding access to maternal and newborns health services to some of the hardest-to-reach people. Since the beginning of the war, we have scaled up the delivery of life-saving services to people in need across the country.

Our staff are on the ground during conflicts, wars, and humanitarian disasters ready to deliver essential medicines, supplies, and services to ensure that reproductive health care is sustained.

For every dollar you donate, 92 cents go directly to programme and service delivery, and 8 cents go to the organization's administrative cost.
