We are on a mission to make mental health more whole(istic).
What does that mean?
It means treating the whole body. It means healing and reaching your goals HOLISTICALLY. It means understanding environmental, physical and emotional factors to each and every symptom and diagnosis. After years of dealing with physical symptoms of anxiety and panic, our founder decided to make a major change.
The result? An understanding of the physical symptoms of mental health and an easy to digest (ha!) solution to whole body health.
