About Us:
The MENA Youth Network is a coalition of young leaders and organizations across the Middle East and North Africa region, dedicated to empowering youth activism, fostering social innovation, and addressing regional challenges through collaboration, education, and cultural exchange. Our ultimate goal is to harness the potential of the youth in the MENA region, creating a platform for dialogue, leadership development, and collective action towards positive change and resilience in our communities especially in terms of the climate change crisis.

  • Originally from a MENA Country (and living anywhere in the world)
  • OR
  • Currently living in a MENA country (whether or not you are originally from a MENA country)
  • List of MENA countries: Algeria, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

  • If I chose to join a team, I am committed to actively participating for a period of 6 months, and joining a 3-month check-in to discuss my involvement, if needed.

  • I understand that I am expected to join every team and organization-wide meeting, which will be set considering my availability. In case I am unable to join, I will notify my team director at least 24-hours in advance (unless in the case of emergencies). 

  • I will notify my team director if I would like to take a break, join a different team, or move on from the MENA Youth Network.

  • I am committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and respect at all times when I am working with the MENA Youth Network.
