The Most Underrated and Powerful Form of Exercise
In today’s episode I teach you about the most underrated form of exercise that nearly everyone can do, with few exceptions.
Jesus did it constantly.
Einstein was notorious for it.
Steve Jobs came up with his greatest ideas while doing this.
To find out what I am talking about and for some new insights on it if you already know what I am talking about, you will have to take a listen!

Fitness and Armageddon
In today’s episode, I bring back a fan favorite: conspiracy theories and how what I’ve been teaching for decades can help you survive Armageddon.
My video crew recently asked me what I am really passionate about these days, and this is it. I study this and do my research. If you have been living inside a box or haven’t broken free from the Matrix, then this should help you in that regard.
It’s time to connect the dots.

God is a Silversmith
Last Friday, I had a great Coaching call with a friend and client from Missouri, Isaac.
We went down the rabbit hole on a bunch of different things, much of which is too much to share here.
But one of the topics we got to talking about was Jesus, vibrational energy and how God builds us up.
Isaac made the great analogy of God being a Silversmith. If you hold the spoon or ladle over the fire too long, it gets ruined.
The struggles you are having is the flame. You are the silver, God is putting you through exactly what you need to go through to become the best version of yourself.
Struggle is essential.
I recorded a short podcast for you on my thoughts around this topic. If you feel stuck, frustrated and anxious about where you are at in your life at this moment, then take a listen, I think it will bring you some comfort.

Goals are Not the Differentiating Factor for Success
People that succeed set goals.
People that don't succeed set goals.
Goals are not the differentiating factor when it comes to succeeding.
So, what is the answer? In today's episode I break it all down.
Your path is the answer, the process.
And remember, the purpose of setting any goal is to increase your level of happiness.
Always check yourself before you wreck yourself.
Be Unconventional...

Fasting for 100 Straight Days
I had the pleasure of interviewing Pascal Bachman, a man that is currently 80 or so days into a 100 day fast!
Yes, you read that right!
And, while I love fasting, I have no visions of doing a 100 day fast. So the next best way for me to learn about something of that magnitude was to interview someone that is doing it.
In the episode, we go over blood work, mindset, sleep and performance when in the depths of a really long fast.

My Experience with the Dangerous and Beautiful Mt. Washington
Last weekend, we went up to Mt. Washington to attempt to climb it for the 4th year in a row.
Our crew has grown up to 14 men, ALL who want to challenge themselves.
Is it what I felt like doing? Of course not, it would be so much easier to have a lazy Saturday at home (what’s that like???).
As usual, there were many lessons learned, many insights gained. When you put yourself into a corner, where it feels like you are up against the world’s heavy weight champ, your mind has no other option but to go inward.
It’s a meditative experience, any type of serious challenge. That’s the beauty of it.

Fasting past 16:8
I’ve done 16:8 fasting almost my whole life, I never really felt hungry as soon as I wake up. Also have pretty much always worked out, I know I feel better. However, I’ve also put my body through a lot with consuming alcohol and “growing with the crowd” when it comes to nutrition. Learning about these longer fasts and how they can help me as I quickly approach 60yrs, is eye opening! I love all the research Kyle has done on how it positively effects our bodies as well as our minds! I am very appreciative to have found this great human sharing so much great information!
Good stuff
Started the Panda method and I am glad I found it. And now I’m listening to the podcast. Great information. Thank you.
