The service is good overall. A bit disappointed with the prices, the competition offer better prices as well as faster delivery times. Customer service team is especially good, very helpful and very accommodating

I’ve been a customer with this package forwarding service company since they opened for business, and I’ve had multiple and various encounters with them, bottom line just stay away. They lure you with some attractive rates then when they receive your shipment they surprisingly double charge you and say it’s volumetric weight! Even if you enter package dimensions before you ship it on their calculator they will still log it bigger. They lose shipments, they delay shipments sometimes for a month, customer service team is friendly but don’t have a clue what’s going on, they use extremely poor local couriers, and one time I had my shipment delivered to someone else and had to go pick it up myself from his apartment !
For the same rates they’re charging it’s not worth it, just go for one of the professional companies who at least know what they’re doing. You’ve been warned !!

Dealt with similar service providers over several years and this company’s service is definitely a better one. For starters their early confirmation of receipt of your items in the US is by far more timely and accurate than their competitors take several days to do that. Additionally their combined shipping by grouping items in one shipment is an excellent service that saves me money. Most importantly their excellent service through their friendly customer service personnel is exceptional and much warmer and helpful than their competitors. Not to forget their operations team’s direct and timely involvement to resolve any customer issuers. Highly recommended.
