The research claims that the majority of the students who are products of broken family are affected academically and socially. They were still coping with the situation and were still hoping for their parents to be back. The major findings that this research has proven is that financial problem is the main reason why their parents separated and because of the separation their academic performance was affected since they thought that their home is not an ideal place to study anymore. They feel lonely to study without the support of both parents. However, they perceived that they could not freely socialize if their parents are together because they will spend time with their parents and some of them will be prohibited to be with their friends.
