Our 270 local groups are all run by volunteers, people like you who want to do something for local people with MS. Could you use your skills to help your local MS community?

No one should have to face MS alone. Could you volunteer some time to support our community, online, face to face, or over the phone?

People living with the effects of MS are at the heart of what we do. From sitting on our Board of Trustees to joining advisory panels there's lots of ways to add your voice and help us grow.

Our campaigns community stands up for the rights of everyone affected by MS. From speaking up to make welfare make sense, to taking action to make sure everyone can get the right treatments at the right time: we need your help.

Could you get involved in managing our projects? We need people to help with planning, administration and keeping us on track. Whatever your experience, we can support you to develop your skills on projects that help people affected by MS.
