It is necessary to validate your registration for this event and to send you invitations for our future activities. This data is collected on the basis of your consent.  This consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to omam@ulb.be. The following data are concerned: name, first name, email, institution, function.

This data is held only by ULB, which ensures adequate security measures to guarantee its integrity and confidentiality.  It is not shared with third parties. ULB staff have access to it to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of their duties. All these persons are bound to respect the confidentiality of all personal data managed by the ULB.
