Sleek and futuristic, the all-electric Nissan Hyper Tourer concept combines the essence of omotenashi (Japanese hospitality) with V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) functionality. Aside from autonomous driving, its high-capacity battery can be used to power homes, stores, and offices.
On the outside, the vehicle boasts smooth body panels and sharp character lines that showcase traditional Japanese beauty, while the sides flow diagonally from the front to the rear fender for improved aerodynamic performance. Nissan EV Technology Vision can be found inside, which consolidates compact components and high-energy density all-solid-state batteries. What you end up with is overhead console and lighting that feature traditional Japanese kumiko as well as koushi patterns that create a sense of luxury. A flat LED panel in the floor depicts imagery of a riverbed and the sky. Want to see it in person? Stop by the Japan Mobility Show at the Tokyo Big Sight starting on October 25.
