You really need to work on a few things: 1. Develop the User Interface of the app. 2. Upgrade the app. The basics of any app is that it should be user friendly and convenient. 3. The COP should be made available in PDF Format and if not, at least the image being downloaded in JPEG format should be clear. On zooming the COP we can see that the pixels are completely distorted. Whatever is written on COP is not legible. 4. Resolve the issues that other users have highlighted. Thank you!

For some unfathomable reason, you're required to provide an OTP for each login in addition to your password. This is rendered even more laughable considering that the app is incapable of generating OTPs. Making it so that you can never actually access the app. Highly recommend it if you're looking for an app that makes you want to hurl your phone across the room.

Horrible idiotic pointless unresponsive app. Doesn't even show OTP. What's the point of making an app of it doesn't even work in the way intended. If there was a way to give no stars at all I would've opted for that. Fix this piece of garbage.
