Frequently asked questions
How do I and when can I download my files?
After Etsy processes your payment, you will receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can always access your downloads by visiting your Etsy Profile > Purchases and Reviews. We recommend downloading the instruction sheet to help you choose the correct file for your size requirement.
Can I have a file size that is not listed?
Sure, the easiest way is to purchase the existing listing and them message us with your size requirement. We will email your custom file to you via WeTransfer within 24 hours.
Where can I print my images?
There are a range of options, from large department style stores such has Walgreens, Walmart, Officeworks etc as well as places like FedEx, Kinkos and Staples. Online printers such as SnapFish are also an option. Smaller dedicated print and frame shops often offer the best quality. Many of these places have a website that allows for uploading them and having them posted out or you can pop in with your files on a USB drive.
Framebrdige is another option for printing and framing, with delivery to your door.
We recommend to print on a thick paper in either satin or matte finish.
