NEW AND CLEAN CAR!!
We rented a 7 seater car to go back to Kota Bharu for an urgent family matter..from booking to pick up.. everything went smooth. Very polite and professional staffs. Car was a new one and very2 clean inside n outside..over all, will definitely use this company again.. highly recommended 👍

A well deserved 5 stars
We opted for a longer term car rental - about 2 weeks. NV Car Rental has been nothing short of excellent - ease of booking, prompt service and friendly personnel. Second time renting from NV, absolutely awesome service again. They really take the pain out of renting a car and their staff are very friendly and professional. This time I had a Perodua Aruz which was immaculate and in perfect condition. Don't waste your time with other car rental companies, these guys are the best in town.

Hi, this is second time my team use NV Car Rental as we are team doing drop ship bisnes and some time have meeting together so need to use transport due to some Our team no transpor to move. it's very convenient and easy deal with NV team, very professional services and professional handling customers.you will fell comfortable when the staff who send the car very sociable, friendly and The best is awsome all attitude.Car very clean, new(not all but still comfortable)and safe to drive,but make sure after use fuel back the petrol lah(hahah),this not socar OK.

Second time rent a car from NV. Really worth it n happy highly recommend. Really wanna mention a guy named Rajendran he very polite n friendly. Actually last minute all the car was booked at NV but when we call for our needs NV boss able to booked a car for us. Really appreciate thanks alot NV. Smooth & Seamless
Overall, it was a smooth transaction. The booking process was seemless (clear & straight-forward). The price was competitively reasonable (I made comparison with other companies as well).
Pick-up & drop-off process was also smooth
I noticed that the car goes for maintenance/servicing pretty frequent (saw the service sticker on the front screen). The car was clean and tidy.
Just a tiny comment on the car condition. Noted that these are not brand new cars and there's bound to wear & tear. The car I rented had a bit of squeking sound whenever I made turning

We had a great experience with NV Car Rental. Raj drove the car directly to our accommodation near Sentral which made our holiday easier. The car was flawless, not new but drives like new. Will definitely book with NV again in the near future.

This is the 1st time Im renting a car and for a 1st experience, NV car rental has given me nothing but excellent service. Very convenient and hassle free. No deposit required. Convenient pick up n drop off location. And the staff attending me, Rajendra was very helpful and make things easy peasy! The car that I rented was a new Axia, full spec and I was so satisfied. Worth every penny! Will surely rent the car with NV car rental the next time i make a trip to KL.

Excellent service. I requested for the car to be sent over to my hotel in KL. Exciting part is, you will receive an automated text a day before the car collection to confirm on the timing based on your booking. On the day of your collection, they will send another automated text with the contact details of whom will be delivering your car. On top of that, you will also be able to access to their live GPS to track on your car's arrival. Will definitely rent from NV Car Rental for my next trip to KL.

Thank you NV Car Rental for the top notch service! We changed the date of pick up to a day earlier and then a last minute change of pick up point and it was done without hassle. They even surprised us with a much better car than the one that we had booked for. We are so happy with the upgrade, perfect for a family of five, actually what we needed and on top of that there was no increase in the rate! The car is very clean and in tip top condition. First, thank you for being available in a short period of time. My personal car meets with an accident and I was devastated when my mother's relative is in their last stages in Penang and I don't have any car with me.
Just a phone call to gentlemen over the phone at 9 pm, (I didn't get his name 😔), guided me through the online page, and boom! Car ready the next 10 hours. Thanks to Murugan as well as coming over for sending and picking up the car today!
