I would put -5* if I could

I would put -5* if I could. Bunch of amateurs that can't submit my visa to the embassy for 2.5 months now. Every day those emails. They demanded the very same documents Times in a row , asking one question a day!!!!!!! I sent the request in January,it is end of March now, and the application is still not submitted!!!! Get it together the "expert team" ... Horrible experience!

I was very disappointed with this site,
so expensive so I thought they give the best service. but they're so unresponsive when you contact themn they did nothing . i was stuck in an airport for 2 days because they didn't take care of my visa. i need to go to another site . I was talking about getting an urgent visa to Vietnam since vietnam changed their law about foreigners going inside their country. In this site I paid 260$ for super rush visa which supposedly will be expedited in just less than 24 hours. But no... it's a scam. pls don't use this site. Choose the legit one.

Don’t waste your time or money

Don’t waste your time or money, was sent a shipping label while out of town and then had to pay for a second shipping label cause they’re only valid for 5 days.

My renewal was rejected at the end of it all as well.

Accidentally clicked on Ivisa and…

Accidentally clicked on Ivisa and filled out the form for a visa to Australia.
I the beginning of filling the form it was free of charge. But suddenly that changed and just before I finished the Application it was supposed to cost more than 600kr.
I finally stopped the application and applied with the Australien embassy, free of charge.

Applied for visa but paid for customs declaration

Tried to apply visa to Indonesia but was given the customs declaration instead. Requested for a refund because Indonesia offer free customs declaration app upon arrival. We were scammed! Then they said the refund of USD 63 supposedly for the visa, was non refundable. Also, later they said our visa was pending. However their email said happy journey to Indonesia. Why not informed us so before we arrived at the Indonesian airport? We were not treated amicably at the airport by the immigration officer, and said no entry for us. We got sent to the eVoA counter to buy that visa for about 500,000 rupiah. It was both an embarrassing and disappointing experience. We missed our iftar and our appetite to eat, and destroy our joy to roam Jakarta.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Following on from my previous review: Do not use this company - they are expensive, unaccountable and do not provide accurate information or communication.
We have not received our visa on time dispite starting the process with iVisa on the 15 February 2024. After plenty to and fro with an automated system, my last review was the only reason this company made personal contact. However, it was too late. My application was finally and formally submitted on the 21 March with the Australian Government saying we have at least 30 days to wait for our visa. Because iVisa did not communicate with us directly the system continued to ask for irrelevant information delaying our visa processing. We are now having to change flights, costing us more money and with no idea when we can expect the visa to come through: My mum will miss my graduation, her 75th birthday celebration and my son's birthday. Thanks for nothing ivisa.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!

Not that much trustworthy site as advertised or Heard

It is very disappointing that no progress have made so far even though it's been about a year that i applied for Sweden visa via IVISA service. Not even they were able to get an embassy appointment.so much disappointed.

Why can’t I give them no stars?

I wish I could give this company no stars.
After lots of problems with our visa application, I decided that they had not delivered the promised service so contacted Amex to stop the payment. I visa then told me if I took the block off, paid them, they would issue a refund
Despite sending them a copy of the email from Amex showing the block had been lifted and a copy of my bank statement, they are still saying over a month later, that the block is still in place which I have evidence to show isn’t. They have a document with a different amount to that to be paid for the Visa which is blocked and is clearly wrong but they are refusing to even look into the discrepancy.
Ivisa has created so much unnecessary stress for me. I thought they would make travelling to Egypt easier but instead, I had 2 weeks of nail biting anxiety followed by this weird refusal to accept Amex’ documents and issue the promised refund.

While we offered a partial refund for one applicant, it's important to note that initiating a chargeback is not the appropriate avenue for seeking a refund. We even extended an offer for a refund, which goes beyond our standard policies. We will await your decision on how to proceed.

Hi iVisa, i can not track my order

Hi iVisa,

On Monday, 18 March 2024 ( yesterday ), my wife applied 2 visas for her Israeli friends, go to the plan and the transaction was paid, the problem is ( my wife not knowing is going to be the problem ) it all happened without register to the website ( my wife don't have iVisa account ) how can it happened ? cause now we cannot track our order, because in the website you have to put in order ID to track it, we've tried to contact the cust service but it's a bot and they're always asking for order ID, and we didnt have it, so please reach us ASAP via email sophienrico2017 at gmail dot com

This is most certainly a scam site and…

This is most certainly a scam site and not legit. They ask for money up front which is unusual. It is common to ask for handling fees only. The air is permanently unreachable once the have received their money. You are put on to a WhatsApp chatbot that succeeds in running rings around you under the guise of asking for more info. The help line replies “all our assistants are not available at the present” 24/7. All inlolved should report them to the Cybercrime portals of their respective countries.

I made a big mistake

I made a big mistake, applying for an Indonesian business visa by iVisa without reading their online reviews. Visa results were supposed to come in 5-10 working days but it's been more than 2 months with no news since the application was submitted, as per iVisa's statement. They even didn't want to share the proof that, they applied for real. I doubt that, they never even applied for my visa.

Avoid.

I applied for my Australian tourist e visa last week (90% of which are approved in 24 hours) and am still waiting on a response. The WhatsApp is a waste of time AI bot which constantly tells you “ Hi Alfred, Dan here. I have just checked with the government and up until now, the approval is still pending. We are checking with them for follow up, once we receive feedback, we will let you know.” I already missed my flight and now playing a waiting game to book another. I have offered to pay to accelerate the process but they just seem to pass the buck on to the Australian government which you obviously cannot contact for updates. Awful experience dreadful service.

Do not waste your money here

Do not waste your money here. An absolute waste of time and money. I have spent more time using this service than if I would have done it myself and in the end never received the visa ,using every thing I used on the government site 7 times before. Do not use! Absolutely a SCAM.

Stay away from it

100% agreed. They take your money and do nothing.
I have applied for an Australian Visa as 21 times before and I got it in max. 24 hours.
Now I do not hear anything from them in days and now they send me a survey to judge their quality, after they did not deliver anything.
Rediculous and it is always the same information, government takes longer.
Finally I got it after 5 days incl. weekend, which was too late and cost me the cancellation fee of the hotel.

Warning !

iVisa is a scam. !
Basically easy to conclude yourself before applying for a visa.
None of them has got a surname, but refer to themself as ex. John Z etc
Furthermore if you post an email to them it is send right back to you saying " mail adresse not found".
That, in itself, is very suspicious. !

This company will scam you

This company will scam you! I recently renewed my US passport from
Abroad, because this company uses pop ups on google search I was hijacked to their web site when I believed I was on a government web site. I realized I was not and quickly notified Ivisa that I had made the error and did not wish to proceed. There web site claims they give customers 30 days to cancel, This is not true. The next day I realized I had been charged $230 for the transaction. I opened a dispute with the cc company right away. eventually Ivisa responded to the chargeback request from my cc company with lies that they had been transparent with me and they refused to allow the cc company to reimburse me. In the past 24 hours i have contacted Ivisa multiple time and they claim because I opened a dispute with the cc company they would not be able to return my money even though they continued to send me push notifications that my application was not completed. I recommend you not use this company because they will not willingly correct the mistakes they have made. They will justify keeping your money.

Scammed beware

Scammed
Requested a 1 year multiple entry visa into india . 130 USD paid for..
Added date of Request 28th march till 21st april request was for multiple entry lt arrived today via email dated for today witth only 30 days.
Followed link to there whatup and began communicating with someone about making the correctuon, sent through all the papers invioce and there issued visa.
They refused to take ownership of the mistake and request i make immediate payment of an additional 41 USD to make the corrections. Buy beware of situations like this were they create am issue thats there fault and have you paying to correct it.

Total SCAM

Total SCAM. Their site looks like the official Colombia govt site that issues the doc you need for free. iVisa charged me $155 for two, had me fill out more than required and then took an hour to provide the doc that the official Colombian govt site issues immediately and for free. I ended up using the free site after the airline pointed out that I got scammed.

Dont use this for e visa

I waited more than 2 weeks and after they informed me that i got rejected without any information and i spent the money for nothing. The interesting part is; I used another company and i got my visa in 12 hrs

Disgraceful

We applied for a visa to visit Uganda. They kept asking for more and more information - like what vehicle would we be travelling in to cross border from Rwanda to Uganda when we were travelling with an Ugandan safari company. Then came back to ask for our surname - one of the very first questions - which of course we’d given, plus they had our passports! We abandoned our trip to Uganda. We feel cheated and they didn’t refund any of the Au$560 we paid for their service and visas. Disgraceful! I’m sorry to even give them one star.
