About this event

Welcome to the Baby and Toddler Group at the St Thomas More RC Church.

Entry is by online ticket only. Please do not come if you do not have a ticket. The group is run by volunteers, who also have their own children in the session, so please help out where you can. The £2 fee solely covers the costs of running the group.

When you book your tickets for the Baby and Toddler group, you are agreeing to :

- supervise your children at ALL times

- help tidy up at the end of the session

- be careful with hot drinks

- park your buggy outside the John Paul Centre in its rain cover (left at own risk)

- share any relevant medical information about you or your child with organisers before the session begins

- not attend if you are testing positive for Covid or have Covid symptoms

Can you help us? In order to keep the group open each week, we need more volunteers than we currently have. If you think that you can offer us your time, even very occasionally, then please fill out this form with your name and contact details. Thank you so much for your support.

Safeguarding and child protection are everybody's responsibility. Below is the safeguarding and child protection policy for the group:

If you are concerned about the welfare of a child or adult at risk, do not delay in contacting the police, using 999 if a child or adult is believed to be in immediate danger.

It is the policy of the Catholic Church in England and Wales to report all allegations of abuse to statutory authorities, regardless of whether the abuse occurred recently or in the past, or whether the accused person is living or deceased.

If you are in any role within the Catholic Church in England and Wales, you must refer allegations directly to the safeguarding office for your diocese or religious congregation, or directly to the Police.

If you are a member of the public, please refer allegations directly to the police and also to the safeguarding office in your diocese. You can contact the Archdiocese of Southwark Safeguarding Office by telephoning 0207 261 1606 or via email at safeguardingoffice@rcaos.org.uk
