Let's take a day – or a few hours at the very least – to disconnect from the internet and reconnect to ourselves, our environment, and each other.
A mini digital detox.
Leave your phone at home, or turn it off for a while.
Have a phone-free gathering with friends or family.
Go to an unplugged event.
Whatever you do, ditch the screens for a bit and be present and engaged in the world.

Local businesses and organizations have joined a national network to host events and encourage people to be more intentional about their tech use.

Get out of the matrix and into your body with yoga, movement, somatic breathwork, music and more in the Sanctuary.
Enjoy cacao or coffee all day, and nourish your body with locally-sourced food in the café, open 7:30am – 3:30pm.
