Rate this book
It may have all started with a hitchhiker wearing a guitar - and only a guitar - but now the band’s on the rise, and every member - Trevor, Joe, Liam, Sam, and Frown - has a story.

A love story.

From working the “day job” in creative ways to pay bills to engagements gone awry to second chance romances and breakups that make Mavis the Chicken return along with the ever-assured Happily Ever After, this wild and crazy ride leaves you filled with HOPE, screaming YES, and so full of LOVE.

This boxed set contains Random Acts of Hope, Random Acts of Yes, and Random Acts of Love, books 4, 5 and 6 in the New York Times bestselling Random series by Julia Kent.

Note: Random Acts of Yes was previously published under the title Randomly Ever After: Sam and Amy.

New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Julia Kent writes romantic comedy with an edge. Since 2013, she has sold more than 2 million books, with 5 New York Times bestsellers and more than 21 appearances on the USA Today bestseller list. Her books have been translated into French, German, and Italian, with more titles releasing in the future.

From billionaires to BBWs to new adult rock stars, Julia finds a sensual, goofy joy in every contemporary romance she writes. Unlike Shannon from Shopping for a Billionaire, she did not meet her husband after dropping her phone in a men's room toilet (and he isn't a billionaire in a rom com).

She also writes romantic suspense as Meli Raine, sexy shifter romances as DJ Jennings, billionaire shifters as half of the author team Diana Seere, and co-authors with Elisa Reed.

She lives in New England with her husband and three children in a household where she is the only person with the gene required to change empty toilet paper rolls.

All three of these stories were 5 star stories for me. Hope brings us the crazy second chance love story of Liam and Charlotte. Yes brings us more of Sam and Amy while Love brings us our three original characters of Darla, Joe and Trevor. all will bend you over in laughter, but it will also bring you to your knees in swoons. The Random Act world is one which you never know what will happen to the characters, what will just spew out of their mouths and a world in which love is love is truly the perfect mantra!

Random Acts of Hope
It’s been a while since a book has made me laugh AND cry this hard. Second chances are my catnip, and just like Sam and Amy, Liam and Charlotte badly needed this opportunity to clear the air of everything that had happened before. The author does a remarkable job of handling their issues with both respect and humor; providing us with education and entertainment. As much as I’m dying to read more about this quirky crew, my emotions just might need a bit of a break first.
Random Acts of Yes
Murphy’s Law suggests that if it can go wrong, it will. And the guys, and their girls of Random Acts of Crazy seem to prove out this theory. This short little story manages to touch on a bunch of big themes; including love, jealousy, trust, and forgiveness, as well as that sense of “the family you choose” that fills every story in this series.
Random Acts of Love
My sides hurt from laughing so hard. I love that the author took several of the funniest memes on the internet and turned them into things that “actually” happened to these characters. It’s not all just fun and games though. There’s some very deep soul-searching that Darla, Trevor, and Joe have to go through and they make for some pretty emotional moments. I may have been laughing to the point where I was having trouble breathing, but my heart was breaking for this trio when it looked like they might not be able to get out of their own way to make it right.

The Random Series Boxed Set introduced me to so many wonderful characters that I couldn't help but want to read more of them. Each of the character's personalities were so fleshed out that readers will definitely get intrigued by their stories.

I loved seeing couples find their way to each of their own kind of happily ever after. The second chance romance of Liam and Charlotte was so hilariously well-made that you can't help it but laugh and cry at their antics (sometimes both at the same time).

Julia Kent's unique sense of humor has really shone through in these series. Fun-loving romance readers will surely have a trip on these characters. And I must say, this set definitely made me want more. I wanted to know what happened to the rest of the gang as they own tried to pursue their HEAs and of course, I am also looking forward to reading more of their funny antics. So I definitely picked up the rest of the books!

Two couples and one three some make lots of angst, laughs pain and love!

Liam and Charlotte are a case of two misunderstandings gone awry. A second chance Romance to make you mad and then melt your heart.

Sam and Amy's story is sweet and a little heartbreaking. But love conquers all!

Darla and her men, Trevor & Joe have a reckoning that almost blows them apart. But some surprising developments turn things to a new light.

There are laughs and giggles galore in these stories but also so much heat, heart and love 💘💘💘.

The continued series of Random contains ongoing hilarity, zaniness and loveable characters. Ms. Kent had me laughing out loud. Warning: do not read beside a sleeping spouse who awaken from the hysterical laughing. The secondary characters get their own books in this box set. If romcoms are what you read then you definitely have to read these books.

This book was an amazing collection in Julia Kent's Random series. I loved seeing how Charlotte and Liam get together. Sam and Amy's engagement was so sweet. I loved how Darla, Trevor, and Joe work through there relationship issues. Definitely worth checking out but you should probably read the first three so you have a better understanding of the relationships.

2 books and a short story.

This continues the story of Joe, Trevor and Darla. The other band members are in this one with their ladies and so is Josie and her man. Liam’s book is the fourth in the series and we finally find out the story of his past with Charlotte. I will continue reading this series until I finish it.

I absolutely love anything by Julia Kent. This series is no different. The books kept me wanting to find out what happens next throughout the story. It was so hard to put down either book as I was totally immersed in the situation.

What's better than reading each of these books? Having them in a boxed set, that's what. Funny and crazy this series just gets better with each book.
