Terms and Conditions apply
1. The “YOU PICK! WE GIFT!” offer & gift redemption period is from 22 September 2020 to 4 October 2020, both days inclusive (“Promotion Period”) and is held in Facesss Ocean Terminal and Facesss Times Square.
2. During the Promotion Period, a same-day spending of HK$300 or above in a single transaction (“Eligible Transaction”) in Facesss Ocean Terminal or Facesss Times Square can enjoy “Card Matching Game” entry once at the same location during opening hours. Same-day single net purchase upon HK$600 entitled to join twice. Maximum 2 entries for each transaction.
3. All original merchant sales receipt(s) will be stamped with the “Redeemed” chop by staff at redemption booth in case of successful redemption. Customers may not request refund from merchants with stamped merchant sales receipt(s).
4. Purchases of cash vouchers / gift vouchers / gift cards and value-adding receipt(s) from any shops are excluded from this promotion and are NOT eligible. Handwritten receipt(s), duplicate, reprinted or photocopied receipt(s) and damaged receipt(s) will not be accepted.
5. All gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other considerations.
6. Gift(s) will not be reissued in case of loss or damage.
7. In the case of insufficient stocks, Facesss has the right to use other products as replacement without prior notice, which may not be of same value or same category as the Gifts in this promotion.
8. In the interest of fairness, employees of the merchants at Facesss are not permitted to participate in this programme.
9. The gifts may only be used for personal purchases and cannot be used for any commercial or promotional purposes or any other purposes.
10. Facesss reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, and in case of disputes, the decision of Facesss shall be final.
11. In case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
受條款及細則約束
1. 「YOU PICK! WE GIFT! 」優惠及禮品換領期為 2020 年 9 月 22 日至 2020 年 10 月 4 日（包括首尾兩日） (「推廣期」)，只適用於海運大廈 Facesss 及時代廣場 Facesss。
2. 於推廣期內，顧客單一消費滿 HK$300 或以上 ，消費當日即可憑即日之機印單據 (「合資格消費單據」) 於 海運大廈 Facesss 或時代廣場 Facesss 之開放時間內參與「配對卡遊戲」一次。即日單一消費滿 HK$600 可參與「配對卡遊戲」兩次。每張單據最多可參與 「配對卡遊戲」兩次。
3. 所有用作換領禮品的合資格消費單據正本經確認後會被獎賞專櫃工作人員蓋上「已換領」印章，以示已成功換領。顧客不可以已蓋印之合資格消費單據正本要求商戶退回款項。
4. 於任何商戶購買現金券 / 禮券 / 禮品卡或任何增值之單據恕不接受。所有手寫單據、重覆單據、重印或影印單據及損毀單據均恕不接受參與此推廣。
5. 在任何情況下，所有禮品恕不兌換作現金或換成其他禮品；並不設退換。
6. 禮品若有遺失或損毀，恕不補發。
7. 如禮品送罄，Facesss 保留隨時以其他禮品取代之權利，而無須另行通知。該禮品之價值或種類可能與是次推廣所提供的禮品或不相同。
8. Facesss 內所有商戶員工不得參與此禮品換領，以示公允。
9. 此活動的禮品僅限個人購物使用，不能用於任何商業或促銷目的或任何其他用途。
10. Facesss 保留更改條款及細則而不作另行通知之權利，如有任何爭議，Facesss 將保留最終決定權。
11. 本條款及細則的中、英文版本如有任何差異，一概以英文版本為準。
