Cycling vs Running| Which one is better?
For some years now, I have been running and cycling regularly. I enjoy doing both activities.
But, one day I sat down and thought about a very pertinent question - Is Running better or Cycling?
At the very basic level, Cycling and Running both are Cardio exercises that'll help you burn calories, build lean muscle mass and get into shape. But, scientifically speaking, there are some fundamental differences between the two activities when it comes to the muscles used, injuries that may happen, the rate of fat/weight loss, and the investment required.
I'll try and answer these questions in this episode of Melt Your Cheese!
