This Software purchase is through a third-party purchase. Although the seller('s) have relations to the first party developer and distributor, the software is dispatched externally from the Software - via the company "AzuLX Services LTD" and through Selly (https://selly.io/).

AzuLX Services LTD does not withhold private information for any typical transactions. This also includes our card transactions by which are powered by Stripe (https://stripe.com). Transaction information is only reviewed under suspicious transactions, refunds and through the gathering of proof of purchase. Please note that we do not have access to any card information by absolutely any means whatsoever, we with-hold very minimal information and our transaction middle-man - Stripe - absolutely does not disclose private information.

Refunds are permitted depending on the product. Please remember that we will not issue refunds for purchases on "trial" licenses. An example of this is our 48-hour license - we are, however, willing to refurbish wrongly dispatched licenses provided you contact us within said trial period. Donations to us are also final.
