• To access and utilize the Services, you should enlist for a Prowise Healthcare ("Account") by giving your full legitimate name, current location, telephone number, a substantial email address, and some other data showed as required. Prowise Healthcare may dismiss your application for an Account, or drop a current Account, under any condition, in our sole caution.
• You confirm that you are using drop ship service of Prowise Healthcare for the purpose of conducting a business and not for medical, household, or family purposes.
• You agree that Prowise Healthcare will communicate with you primarily via the email address you provide when creating an Account or as changed by you from time to time. You must keep an eye on the primary Account email address you give to Prowise Healthcare, and it must be capable of both sending and receiving messages. Only your primary Account email address can be used to authenticate your email messages with Prowise Healthcare.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your password. Prowise Healthcare cannot and will not be held responsible for any loss or harm resulting from your failure to keep your Account and password safe.
• You accept responsibility for the development and operation of your Store.
• Drop shipping service on Prowise Healthcare is not consider as a marketplace. Any sale made through your Store is a direct transaction between you and the buyer.
• You are responsible for all activity and material on or in connection with your personal Account on other platforms, including photographs, pictures, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, documents, or data uploaded, collected, created, processed, displayed, distributed, transmitted, or exhibited.
• Any breach or violation of the Terms of Service, including the AUP, as decided by Prowise Healthcare in its sole discretion, can result in immediate termination of your Services.
• We reserve the right to change or terminate the Services at any time and for any cause. We are under no requirement to make any Services or features available in any jurisdiction, and we are not obligated to make any Services or features available in any jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• You are sole responsible for your drop ship order. Prowise Healthcare is not responsible for any items lost, damage or your buyer change of mind.
