Great conversations!

Overall, a great podcast!
Both hosts have a great dynamic with their guests. The episode structure is enjoyable and makes for easy listening.
It feels like you’re in the room with them, listening to a conversation between friends. The content is incredibly relevant to any woman working to be a professional in their industry and offers some great advice for those already in their careers.
I really enjoy the beginning structure where the hosts ask their guest to skim their resume. This is followed by the question, “What’s something we can’t Google about you?”. I find this a really engaging way to start each episode. It highlights the professional achievements of the guest but also adds a very personal touch.

Like joining a fun chat with great female leaders

I found this podcast after seeing stitch fix CEO Katrina Lake tweet about her interview on Twitter, as part of my homework on understanding her as a leader. The two hosts bounce valuable questions off of the guests and the whole chat is enthusiastically valuable to anyone with an interest in business.

Perhaps the only minor quip I have is that I haven’t been able to tell which host is talking or if the hosts divided their questions in a systematic way, but I guess I will learn that over time , subscribed to the podcast now.

I recommend many other episodes, like the weightwatchers one with Mindy Grossman and the spanx episode with Sara Blakely.
