• Greg has been the Director of Originations at Twin Capital Lending Inc. from 2013–2016. He also has experience as the Director of Loan Origination where he was equipped with the skill of identifying low risk investment opportunities for investors, allocating funds for funding operations and bringing on-board new investors.
• Greg has been the Director of Originations at Sunset Equity Funding from December, 2017 to June, 2021.
• Greg has experience as a Managing Member at GS Capital Partners LLC, a Trust Deed Investment Consulting company whose main focus is to identify real estate investment opportunities for its clients, where he started back in March 2016 and is still presently working. Here, Greg Simakovski is responsible for the day to day operations and relationships with all of the company’s respective investors.
• Greg is also working as a Regional Sales Director on the West Coast domain at Temple View Capital from June 2021.
