HULU KELANG: Pakatan Harapan pledges to redevelop old strata residences in Hulu Kelang if it successfully retains Selangor in the Aug 12 state polls.

Caretaker Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the constituency is home to many such buildings built in the 70s and 80s.

"I have visited the area several times in recent years. I have received feedback that many strata residences here are in poor shape," he said during a ceramah at AU2 in Taman Keramat on Friday (July 21).

Amirudin said he was confident that the redevelopment plan would succeed if the administrations at both state and Federal levels were politically aligned.

Also present at the launch were Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Selangor Umno Liaison chairman Datuk Megat Zulkarnain Omardin and Gombak Amanah Women chief Anfaal Saari.
