  • This survey aims to advance training and mentoring opportunities for Early Career Principal Investigators, one of our missions in FKNE (FENS-Kavli Network of Excellence).

Specifically, this survey will provide us with information to support young PIs' career development, leadership, and management skills, towards scientific discovery and healthy well-being. The survey results will highlight which training activities benefit you most, which are available or not currently provided, and any limiting factors to receive this training. This information will allow us to organize affordable training activities in cooperation with FENS and national societies,  with topics/ formats tailored to your preferences.

This survey is anonymous and does not involve participant identification. It collects information about gender, career level, and country, in order to assess the diversity of the participants' pool and to tailor future training activities to the needs of different countries and career stages. Answering the demographic questions is not mandatory. The collected information may be communicated with national neuroscience societes and/or the broader research community in white paper(s)/newsletter(s)/ editorial(s) or other formats.
