Since the dismantling of postcolonial structures requires a critical reflection of one's own privileges and internalized racisms as well as the self-empowerment of structurally disadvantaged people, GlobalMatch e. V. strives for both positioning-specific and joint recreation processes. We are interested in whether there are persons from the Global South within the framework of your research or work context who would be suitable for empowerment training, or a joint reflection process with you (e. g. target groups of research, interview participants, etc.).
