Ratings and Reviews
Not user friendly
OTP is being sent to another number that ain’t mine. There’s no option to update or change the mobile number. Also include a tab or button to navigate “back” while using the app.
Complain
I did not get any treatment yesterday simple because my Nhif has refused to select the hospital it keep showing that of my son i need to hospital today please do something
DISSAPOINTED
I have been paying for Nhif since 2020 and yet i pay annually, and now i have to deal with things like i have arrears from last year. I paid this year annually and the payments are not reflecting, i now have arrears and penalties despite paying on time. Mark you i have never used my medical cover ever so this is so disappointing.
