How do we know this programme works?

Before launching this course we asked experienced consultants what they struggled with during their own transition from NCHD to consultant.

Their feedback and insights helped us to develop this practical, comprehensive programme, tailored to the specific needs of new consultants working in the Irish healthcare system.

“There is a whole new world that opens up when you take on the responsibility of being a consultant…. It was very enjoyable to listen to other people experiences from all over the country and from all over the world.”
