#NagornoKarabakh Frustrated by superficial media coverage and for anyone following the events around the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, here is my forthcoming piece discussing the legal order of Nagorno-Karabakh and its status under international and European Law. There is an established independent political and legal order in Nagorno-Karabakh, however imperfect. This has to be taken into account irrespective of the issue of statehood under international law, particularly when the representation of the Karabakhi Armenians is concerned.
