We have an open vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager in our Cyber Defense Services team.

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance, discuss upcoming initiatives, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Actively listen to client feedback and incorporate it into service delivery strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  2. Cyber Defense Services Lifecycle Oversight:
    • Oversee the delivery of cyber defense services to clients, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), contractual obligations, and quality standards.
    • Monitor service performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize service delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including SOC analysts, MDR analysts, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  3. Escalation Management:
    • Serve as a point of escalation for client issues, complaints, or service disruptions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
    • Work closely with internal teams to investigate and address client concerns, providing regular updates and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the resolution process.
    • Implement escalation procedures and protocols to streamline issue resolution and minimize client impact.
  4. Project Management and Coordination:
    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, from initial planning and scoping to implementation, testing, and ongoing operation.
    • Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project milestones.
    • Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and mitigate risks to project success.
  5. Client Advocacy:
    • Advocate for client needs and priorities within the organization, representing their interests in service planning, delivery, and improvement initiatives.
    • Provide guidance and support to clients on cybersecurity best practices, emerging threats, and industry trends, helping them enhance their security posture and achieve their business objectives.
    • Deliver client training sessions, workshops, or webinars to promote awareness and understanding of cyber defense services and capabilities.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements, reviewing contracts and agreements to verify alignment with client expectations and organizational capabilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security field and 2 years in MSSP environment
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • MSc in Cyber Security or MBA degree is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding and working experience of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies, including Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services, threat intelligence, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a cybersecurity services environment. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of service delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, technologies, and platforms commonly used in SOC and MDR environments. Knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

    We have an open vacancy for an HR-Payroll Assistant who will perform a variety of personnel-related tasks.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Organizes and maintains employee records (eg. employee benefits, employment status)
    • Updates internal HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves sick or maternity leave) and coordinates with other departments (eg IT) to ensure that all systems are aligned
    • Prepares HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
    • Manages & executes the induction of new hires in cooperation with the Talent team
    • Provides orientation for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
    • Completes termination paperwork
    • Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Answers employees queries about HR-related issues & informs them about any additional benefits they are eligible for (eg maternity leave)
    • Liaises with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
    • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

    Required Skills and Qualifications

      Main Responsibilities

      • Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks

      We have an open vacancy for a Cyber Security Analyst (L3) within the Security Operations Center (SOC), who will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' digital assets and infrastructure against cyber threats. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber security, threat intelligence, and incident response methodologies.

      Main Responsibilities

      • Train & guide the L2 team to their offense’s investigation or investigation techniques.
      • Act as escalation point for the day-to-day SOC operation.

      • Keep up with the creation of documentation for the day to day needs of the Security Operations Center.
        • Oversee the procedures followed within the SOC, and provide recommendations when and if needed to further enhance the coordination capabilities of SOC.
        • Create of modify processes for investigations with conjunction of the L2 and SOC supervisor with the aim of better investigation or reaction in the day-to-day operation.
        • Create or assist in the creation of reports of incidents or other required by customer material.
      • Exhibit customer centricity, deliver reports regarding service KPI.
        • Provide quality control for documentation that will be delivered to the customer.
        • Attend meetings with customers to better the relationship between the SOC and the customer’s representatives, thus acquiring valuable feedback for the service delivery.
        • Provide Recommendations to customers for enhancing their cyber security posture.
      • Provide useful information via research to keep Siem UpToDate
        • With the suggestion or design or creation of custom usecases for new trends
        • Oversee the optimization of the existing detection capabilities by tuning false positives and considering the customer’s feedback.
        • Coordinate with the Siem Engineering team members and other departments and teams to enhance the SIEMs capabilities and further tune its hosts and objects.
        • Communicate possible Siem issues with the engineering team and aid if needed.
      • Alerts clients regarding security issues that may present a threat to their infrastructure, providing recommendations and assisting in their mitigation.
      • Provides tuning recommendations to administrators based on findings during investigations or threat information reviews.
      • Acting as tier 3 point of escalation for the SOC standby L2 or any other team within the MSS

      Professional Experience & Qualifications

      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a SOC or incident response role.
      • Deep understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies.
      • Proficiency in using SIEM platforms and other security tools for monitoring and analysis.
      • Deep understanding of security concepts
      • Scripting and programming knowledge will be considered a strong plus.
      • Threat modeling knowledge is considered mandatory
      • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in information security, ICT, Networking or any other relevant field
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
      • Very good organizational and time management skills
      • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

        Position Responsibilities 

        • Serve as the first line of support for all IT-related incidents and inquiries
        • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
        • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

          Main Responsibilities

          • Performs troubleshooting, maintenance and repair as well as preventative maintenance and field modifications on customer equipment as per manufacturer/client instructions, in a timely and efficient manner so as to achieve agreed SLAs with customer
          • Installs, modifies, uninstalls when required, tests and repairs equipment and/or software on customer premises as per manufacturer/client instructions
          • Performs staging, test, cleaning, repairs on equipment according to manufacturer instructions in Company premises
          • Maintains customer service logs and internal service records in the required format and in a timely manner; updates knowledge database by recording resolution procedures in new incidents
          • Reports issues in real-time and collaborates with Customer Service Centre and Client Helpdesk to help resolve issues timely
          • Collaborates with Warehouse team in order to manage repair parts and equipment under responsibility
          • Adheres to current regulatory requirements where applicable 

          Professional Experience & Qualifications

          • Bachelor, IEK Diploma, in Informatics, Network or other any other relevant field
          • Hands-on experience with PC or Payment Machines’ maintenance is desirable. Experience in Satellite Equipment, Content Management and structured cabling will be appreciated.
          • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within time constraints
          • Good communication and organizational skills
          • Strong troubleshooting skills
          • Accuracy and attention to detail

          • Fluency in Greek and English oral and written
