Originally a three-piece band called Lumbar, the name later changed to The Lumbar Endeavor and became known as a solo project of Aaron D.C. Edge. Following their 2023 re-imaging of Sleep’s iconic record Dopesmoker, as well as the Sonic Offering Series (a collection of 8 LP’s releasing monthly since May) the prolific act known as The Lumbar Endeavor is back at it with their latest LP entitled Vampyre. Listeners can expect a high octane stoner-sludge delivery from start to finish, as the album delivers what can best be described as a sonic gut punch from the soul.
