As a fellowship program, you can be both a mentor and mentee to give and receive advice and have a family to rely on. Being a sister will enhance your experience as a WiC member by expanding your friendships and bond within the organization.

There is more to WiC Sisterhood than just fellowship pairings. Our idea of our WiC Sisterhood Families is to help grow our community by meeting all these new people with different backgrounds and focuses. These groupings are not randomized; we strive to make the most ideal pairs and groups possible.
