The Bozeman City Commission will consider an application that could lead to future community development.

The city commission will review Harper’s Corner project that they approved the annexation earlier this year.

The applicant is requesting to do R-4 zoning on a site with over 40 acres of land that could lead to roadway connectivity, sewer connectivity, housing development and more.

The project previously faced issues meeting the requirements of the city commission and concerns that were expressed by local residents near the project site.

The applicant will present the project to the city commission Tuesday night.
