The region's top-performing manufacturing and engineering businesses have been shortlisted for this year's Insider Made in the North East Awards.
Now in their 12th year, these prestigious awards celebrate and reward the high quality manufacturing businesses based in the North East and the skilled workforces they employ.
The awards showcase those companies which have excelled in innovation, product development and growth in either domestic or overseas markets over the course of the last 12 months.
An independent panel of expert judges scrutinised and assessed all the entry submissions received by Insider. The panel decided which companies merited being shortlisted in each of the award categories, and also selected the ultimate winners.
The winners will be revealed at the gala dinner taking place at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead Hotel on 14 March 2024.
All the winners of the Made in the North East Awards will automatically go through to compete in Insider's national final event, the Made in the UK Awards, which take place in the Summer.
This year’s headline sponsor of the Made in the North East Awards is Made Smarter. Other sponsors are Barclays, Horizon Works, Theo James Recruitment and Digital Catapult North East Tees Valley. The drinks reception sponsor is Muckle LLP.
