Jewel-encrusted painting of Virgin Mary, Christ Child worth $2 million

In 2001 Edward and Adele Kahn, owners of House of Kahn Estate Jewelers, donated a jewel-encrusted painting of the Virgin Mary and the Christ Child created in the 16th century to St. Mary Catholic Church in Pahokee, the poorest in the Diocese of Palm Beach.
