App has basic features
UI looks good but it has limited functionality, hopefully, in future updates, developers should include the below functionality to avoid bank visits.
1) Profiles update :
To change your email, phone number or address is not possible through the app.
2) Touch ID support for login
3) banking options like, change home branch through the app only
Looks like the app is in the initial development stage with limited features only. I am using another bank as well but I am not visiting the bank for a single purpose.
One of the best Banking Apps
The look and feel of the App matches up to any other bank. This Apps fits perfectly in all devices including IPAD. In other banking Apps you get a blank patch on both sides in full screen mode on an IPAD but with SBM bank app’s resolution is perfectly set. Although few other banking services are yet to start this app looks to be a leader in banking Apps.
Fraud
This app is a fraud. I registered 2 years ago, added money. But when I tried to send or transfer, the app doesn’t allow to enter upi or throughs fatal error while scanning barcode. I thought this might be some server issue. I forgot about my money changed my phone and today when I realised I have my money in this ridiculous bank and app. I logged in and did the same thing to withdraw. But same errors. DO NOT USE THIS APP. You won’t get any support from anyone.
