Introduction

La Trobe University

The Bachelor of Science (Molecular Biology and Pharmaceutical Science) provides students the opportunity to focus on subjects directly related to formulation science, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology and therapeutics as opposed to a generic sciences degree.

Students will study areas in product formulation, but also explore how these formulations are involved in disease management and how they work from a pharmacological perspective. The degree will allow students to develop skills that are highly regarded as valued in the pharmaceutical medical bioscience industries.

Advanced Standing

Stand to receive 6 – 12 module exemptions and possible completion in 12 – 36 months with a relevant polytechnic diploma qualification.
