Vulnerability management, in both IT and ICS/OT, can often be overlooked, but to me it is the strong foundation that the rest of cyber security in an environment is built off of!

The hellscape in the post looks pretty hopeless. I’m not sure I would have confidence in, or advise managers or executives to pay money to, any entity that feels confident that vision is accurate. Folks with security training that help direct funds understand the risk. Who are you trying to reach?
