LALA - Latin American Leadership Academy is a non-profit institution committed to advancing sustainable economic development and strengthening democratic governance in Latin America. Our core mission revolves around identifying, nurturing, and connecting a new generation of entrepreneurial leaders dedicated to creating a positive impact. Over the past six years, LALA has engaged with 2200 young leaders from 20 countries, with a focus on inclusivity—70% of participants coming from underrepresented backgrounds. As LALA embarks on an exciting journey to expand its impact throughout Latin America, we are actively seeking accomplished strategists and operators who share our passion for creating a significant positive influence in the region.
